ALL DISPUTES MUST BE OPENED ON Beyondary.com.
Beyondary.com offers a faster dispute resolution process and will appreciate it if you provide:
- Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove the damage. If photos do not clearly show the damage, please upload a video.
- A screenshot of the email or dispute received, including the name, date, and content of the complaint (e.g., from PayPal Dispute, email, etc.).
- If requested by our dispute team, the product(s) must be returned to our warehouse.
Beyondary.com will provide a refund, resend, or accept the return for the following situations:

Orders lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, or expired after 60 days from departure from our warehouse may qualify for a refund or resend. Exceptions include:
- USA: 45 days after order departure from the warehouse.
- Brazil: 110 days due to strict customs clearance.
Note: Orders may be delayed due to issues like incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or customs problems. In these cases, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local post office for delivery.
2. Orders Not Received
Beyondary.com will not process refunds or resends if tracking shows the order was delivered.
a. If the package was not received, a non-delivery certification from the local post office is required.
b. If tracking shows an alert, it could be due to reasons such as incorrect address, refusal, or customs issues.
Note: In some cases, packages may be returned to the sender if unclaimed. If this happens, Beyondary.com will not refund but will store the items in your private inventory if returned.
3. Products Damaged
- Full refund or replacement for packages that arrived badly damaged.
- Partial refund or replacement for packages with minor damage (e.g., slight scratches, small wrinkles).
Note: For fragile items, refunds are recommended. Damaged packing boxes are not eligible for a refund.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
Beyondary.com maintains strict quality control, but in the event of incorrect or missing products:
- Incorrect products: Full refund or replacement.
- Wrong color or size: Refund or resend if it does not affect product functionality.
- Missing parts: Partial refund or resend for non-functional parts; resend for parts affecting functionality.
- Missing accessories: Accessories will be resent.
5. Order Cancellation
A full refund is available for order cancellations before processing.
Exceptions:
- Customized orders (POD) cannot be canceled after payment.
- Preorder inventory or custom product orders cannot be canceled after payment.
- Video and photo orders cannot be canceled after payment, as planning begins immediately.
6.Return Conditions
Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The product must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.
Exclusions: Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.
7. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
